I’m Monica, the creator behind Salt + Sol Travel Collective. My love of travel began long before it ever became a business. I was the friend who could always find the perfect resort, the one who brought everyone together, and the one who made every getaway feel thoughtful.

Over time, those trips became meaningful chapters in my life. Girls weekends felt restorative. Family vacations reminded me to slow down. And eventually I planned my own luxury destination wedding with the same love for beautiful places that shaped every trip before it. Each experience showed me how powerful travel can be. It brings joy. It creates connection. It gives us memories that stay with us long after the moment has passed.
